Our Delivery Services

We offer free shipping to most global regions, using UPS or FedEx as our default carriers.

⚠️ Important Notice: Due to import restrictions, we cannot ship to the following regions: Islamic countries, India, African regions, and Brazil.
  • Shipping Carriers: FedEx / UPS with reliable service and full tracking capabilities.
  • Discreet Packaging: All products are shipped in anonymous packaging with no brand names or product information on the outer box, ensuring 100% privacy protection.
  • Order Tracking: Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email, allowing real-time monitoring of your package's location and delivery progress.

Shipping Timeframes & Production Cycles

In-Stock Products (US Warehouse)

In-stock items from our US warehouse will be dispatched within 12 hours, with a delivery timeframe of 3-7 business days within the United States.

We recommend customers with tight delivery schedules to prioritize in-stock products for a fast and reliable shipping experience.

Custom Products

We support global shipping, with exceptions for regions restricted by policy: India, certain African countries, Islamic nations, and Brazil.

Shipment Confirmation & Receipt Guidelines

  • You'll receive tracking information notification after shipment (via email or SMS).
  • If you receive a notification but don't see your package, please contact customer service within 7 days.
  • If the package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 2 days; otherwise, we'll consider the package successfully delivered.

Factory Photos Confirmation (Custom Products Only)

After custom product production is complete, we'll send factory-taken photos of your actual product via email for your approval.

If there are discrepancies, adjustments can be made free of charge before shipping. If we don't receive a response in time, we'll assume your approval.

Note: US warehouse stock items cannot provide factory photos as they are already boxed and in inventory.

Receiving & After-Sales Recommendations

Please check the outer box for damage before signing. If abnormalities are found, please:
